I am a tax partner and lead the specialist tax services i.e. business tax compliance and planning, real estate, HMRC tax enquiry, employment tax and personal tax planning.

With a career built around owner-managed businesses, I understand that personal and business finances are often closely connected. My role is to provide clear, commercially focused advice that helps clients make confident decisions, protect their wealth and plan effectively for the future.

I advise business owners and directors throughout the various stages of their business journey, from establishing and structuring a new venture through to growth, succession and eventual exit. My experience encompasses corporate and personal taxation, tax planning, business structuring, profit extraction, remuneration, succession planning and the wider tax considerations affecting entrepreneurs and their families.

I take a personal and proactive approach to client relationships. Rather than simply responding to tax deadlines, I work with clients to anticipate opportunities and potential issues, ensuring that their tax affairs are considered as part of their broader financial and commercial strategy.
